Besides our commitment to aid in the global missions effort of the Church of the Nazarene, we also seek to do our part in Spokane. We encourage all of our Bethel family to find places to serve in the community to help bring the Good News of Jesus to our community. We have had folks volunteer at great organizations like Union Gospel Mission, Blessings Under the Bridge, The City Gate, Cup of Cool Water, iChoice and a whole host of others. 

The multiple congregations belonging to the Church of the Nazarene in Spokane focus much of their missional efforts toward helping Northwest Connect, a multi-faceted ministry in the Hillyard neighborhood that has a food pantry, a non-food pantry, a monthly ministry to neighborhood children called KidsZone, and a monthly community breakfast.
