Sunday Mornings

Children's Church:

During each week's worship service, the children can go to Children's Church. Children's Church includes an age appropriate Bible lesson and activities to do with the other kids. Children's Church begins right before the beginning of the morning sermon.

Sunday School

Sunday School is from 10:45 - 11:45am on Sunday mornings. This is a time for your children to dive deep into Scripture. Sunday School begins with worship. During worship, the kids get to dance and move around to upbeat songs. After worship, the kids break into classes based on their age. During their Sunday School class, they get to share prayer requests and pray together. Their teacher will share a Bible story with them and they will do a hands on activity where they can ask questions and share comments.

NOTE: In-person gatherings are suspended for now.  Pastor Shelton and Miss Barb Zoom with kids on Wednesday evenings, and Mr. Dale sends a children's Sunday School lesson out each week.  To receive the lesson or to arrange a Zoom visit with your child, please email:

Wednesday nights  7-8:30 pm

At Kid's Place the children worship together, then they are split into two classes by grades.  One class has children Pre-K to 2nd grade and the other is children 3rd-6th grade. Each class has a teacher that leads them in an interactive lesson from Kid's Sunday School Place Curriculum, on a variety of topics with the aide of a helper. The children end the night in the gym playing games.

NOTE:  In-person activities are suspended at this time.

Bible Quizzing

Bible Quizzing is an opportunity for kids to memorize and apply books of the Bible in a fun and interactive environment. Every couple months, Nazarene churches in the area gather together for a Quiz Meet that gives kids the opportunity to test their memorization skills and their knowledge of the Biblical book that they are studying. Quiz practices are suspended at this time.
